We sent them an email, and they responded quickly. We changed the font and orientation. They sent us a sample image for our approval. The quantity we wanted wasn't on the dropdown list, but one quick email and 15 minutes later we placed our order. We received the chopsticks with more than a month to spare and are super happy and pleased with the design and quality. We would highly recommend this to any couple on fence about this.
