They kept pushing me to achieve 100% satisfaction and happiness until we found the perfect gold Phoenix appliqué for my dream wedding dress. I have never heard of a company so accommodating and caring. And they didn’t charge me any extra for the inconvenience I put them through. They deserve a reward for excellent customer service and dress design.
