The entire time, I had a very communicative and attentive liaison talking with me about my wants and the changes made for the dress I dreamed of. I reached out very early with inquiries and they continued to follow-up to make sure that I was satisfied with their answer. Even after sometime passed, they reached back out closer to the time I should order my dress to see if I was still happy with their answers and wanted to move forward with them. Then during the process of creating the dress, they were so kind and made the process quite easy. The dress arrived and it was perfect. I LOVE EastMeetsDress and my personalized dress! What I remember most is their amazing customer service! I had a pre-wedding photoshoot but my dress wouldn't be made in time. EMD shipped a dress overnight for the photoshoot (they said this never happens). I felt so special and seen. I didn't get to wear the dress (due to my own schedule conflicts), but I'll never forget how they went above and beyond for a customer. Also the craftsmanship and quality is top notch. The detailed ivory and soft pink sequins are carefully placed to create a feminine and elegant style around the body. It is well worth the wait!
