The order of this jacket for my husband. He really like it did and he pointed how comfortable it was. The color was really beautiful and he make a really nice contrast on the wedding photos. I would suggest don’t leave extra space while submitting the measurements as the design of the jackets it’s already “wide” enough.
The suit is great and my husband and I both love it! But when you give your size you might want to be careful… EMD said the design is to be a little wide and big on purpose because this is the style of tang suit, and we understand. But it’s way bigger than we expected. We found a patient tailor to help us to alter it, so it still looks very nice on my husband, but when you give them your number, you may want to make sure you give them the exact numbers. No need to “leave some space”… or the jacket may turn too big on you.
I ordered a wine red Qin Jacket for my husband for our upcoming wedding. The material is very high quality and the jacket feels very comfortable! I love the color and I love the dragon embroidery.
A small complaint I have is that the pankous (i think that’s what they’re called) are a little hard to fasten. You really have to claw them out.
Another note is that I do think the jacket tends to run wide. Which is fine in my husband’s case since he’s more on the heavier side of average. But if you want a jacket more form-fitting (particularly in the back), I would suggest asking someone at East Meets Dress to advise how you take your measurements for specific parts of the body.
Overall, I’m very happy with my order and I can’t wait for my husband to wear it at our wedding!
I ordered a custom made Tang jacket for my future son in law and it fits perfectly. The material was good quality and it looked exactly as what I saw online. I also ordered a Qun Kua for my daughter. It was absolutely stunning. But unfortunately, my daughter thought it was a bit on the heavy side and would not be comfy to wear for long especially since the wedding will be in Asia where it’s going to be hot and humid.

The fabric is very good quality but the sizing was just a tad bit wide.
