My dress arrived promptly, was incredibly comfortable and is made with beautiful craftmanship. I am so glad that I ordered my dress from East Meets West. The entire process was easy, the team was communicative and extremely helpful and responsive with every question and request I had.

The craftsmanship and customer service of East Meets Dress has been INCREDIBLE. The dresses both arrived far earlier than I expected. These are the only wedding dresses I've ever tried on, and I love them both.

The first, a bespoke Amal dress in wine red, is for our ceremony. The lace detail against the mesh back is exquisite. The fabric is a gorgeous color; not too heavy, but substantial. I ended adding a loop to the train, so it wouldn't drag. The second dress, the Marilyn in red wine for the dance floor, is breathable and effortless. The paneling left a few inches of my breast exposed on the left side (I'm a DD cup), so a local tailor is removing some of the flowers on the top to cover those parts. If you are a larger-chested person, I'd recommend potentially getting the dress without side paneling.

I was a bit scared to order a custom, non-refundable dress but it looks great and it fits me really well! The team was great about expediting my order for my upcoming tea ceremony.

I only have two criticisms. 1) Due to the slit, some of the interior dress work is visible at the bottom of the hem. However, I purposely provided slightly longer measurements in case it was too short so I hope they can hide it when I get it hemmed. 2) The buttons that cover the zipper feel a little flimsy. I wish they used a thicker fabric there or made the buttons more secure so they're not in different directions.

My wedding dress arrived just on time in France ! And everyone was so amazed by the lovely dress… I cannot thank enough the team for making this happen! Since I ordered the dress very late, I wasn’t certain at all that the dress can arrive on time for this special day.
