Peacocks symbolize beauty and dignity in Chinese culture. What better way to embody those elements than with this dazzling qun kwa dress?
The qun kwa (kua) is a traditional Chinese wedding dress that is typically worn for the tea ceremony reception. It's a two-piece design that includes a jacket and skirt and is often embroidered with dragons, phoenixes, peacocks, etc. It originated during the Ming Dynasty as the bridal dress for royals.
This dress is named after Queen Victoria - one of the longest reigning Queens in British history and the Victorian Age was named after her.
